The strongest feature of the software is its Phonebook management. This is one thing that Oxygen Software has got nailed. Everything is very intuitive and absolutely easy to use. If there's a doubt about anything, you just double-click and you can everything in a single vCard window. I don't think it gets any more simpler than that. Most people will end up having a huge list of contacts. One of the good additions in phonebook management has bene an index list:

To manage your contacts, you can, of course, create your custom caller groups, assign people to them and then, assign a common ringtone to all those present in the caller-group. The caller groups appear below Phonebook in the access tree on the left and clicking on them will show you their individual members.

There are many other things like speed dialing, easy way to specify the default numbers for calling, messaging, etc. You really have to use it to know the power of the software.
